El Quesos El Pastor - CD Zamarat has visited the facilities of its main sponsor for two seasons, Quesos El Pastor, in the Zamora town of Santa Cristina de la Polvorosa. The company wanted, with this act, to show its strong commitment to local and provincial sports through sponsorships and collaborations with various amateur and professional clubs.

The appointment has served so that the players of the first team and the coaching staff know the values of Quesos El Pastor. Teamwork, innovation and a spirit of improvement are the values that have served to mark the identity of a company that continues to grow year after year. This is demonstrated by the 90 million euros invoiced in 2017 or exports to more than 60 countries.

The players of the Quesos El Pastor - CD Zamarat have enjoyed a fun and different day that will come in handy to prepare their next league engagement. A very important match to conquer the main objective of the season: to stay in the top category of women's basketball, the Day League, after a difficult season.

The team's coach, Eloy Doce, positively valued the visit as a fun activity to foster bonds between the players: “these types of activities are useful to reduce pressure in such an important week for us. We play a lot, but we want to do it without stress, without added pressure ”. For his part, Carlos Baz, president of the club, expressed all his gratitude to Quesos El Pastor: “The support we receive from this company is very important to us, thanks to their commitment we can afford to have a team in the highest category and enjoy some of the best players in the Liga Día”.

Players, coaching staff and managers enjoyed a visit to the facilities and the cheeses they enjoyed at the end of it. All of them were convinced of achieving salvation, despite the latest adverse results. "We will do what we have always done, give everything on the track to depend on ourselves," said Marina Lizarazu, the team's captain.
