World Cheese 2015 - Old Leg

SILVER MEDAL (SILVER MEDAL)
Old leg. Aged mezla cheese, made with raw milk.
Pata Vieja, Aged Blended cheese.

These medals represent recognition of innovation and good work, since none of the award-winning cheeses were manufactured by the company just three years ago.

The start-up, in 2014, of a new production plant for the production of cheese log, represented a commitment to a new product practically unknown to the national consumer. In less than two years, log matured goat and sheep cheese are made, and in different flavors: with papaya, aromatic herbs, pineapple, pepper, etc.
