Ingredients: pasteurized goat's MILK, salt, rennet, LACTIC FERMENTS and Penicillium. Origin of milk: Spain. Made in a factory that uses sheep's and cow's milk.

Characteristics: Homogeneous white color, smooth and pleasant flavor and creamy, melting texture.
