Ingredients: Pasteurized cow's MILK (60% min.), Pasteurized sheep's MILK (17% min.) And Pasteurized goat's MILK (12% min.), Salt, sequestrant: calcium chloride, coagulant, LACTIC FERMENTS. Origin of milk: Spain.

Characteristics: Firm, white porcelain cheese. Soft palate with the aroma of fresh milk. Large, irregular eyes.
