Quesos El Pastor triumphs at the Cincho Awards with four medals
Three gold medals and one silver guarantee the quality of the products made by Quesos El Pastor.
The 2000th national and XNUMXth international edition of the Cincho Awards, the cheese contest that the Junta de Castilla y León has organized since XNUMX, rewards yet another edition of the wide portfolio of products from Quesos El Pastor. A varied assortment that, with these distinctions, receives a new endorsement of the trajectory of this family cheese factory based in Santa Cristina de la Polvorosa (Zamora).
In this 2022 edition there are four references marketed by Quesos El Pastor who have received an award. The three gold medals stand out for the Sheep cheese Gran Reserva San Ruffino (Cheese Castellano), Sheep cheese cured with Brebis D'or truffle, yel log of sheep cheese El Pastor.
In turn, the Aged sheep cheese El Pastor from Santa Cristina (DO Zamorano), has received a silver medal. These awards endorse, once again, the strategy of Quesos El Pastor for diversifying its products and its permanent commitment to innovation.

Cincho Awards
The Cincho Awards have established themselves as the most important national event for Spanish cheeses, and one of the most prestigious internationally. In this contest, cheesemakers from any country in the world can participate, with commercial brand products and their own production, representative of a batch destined for commercialization. The contest is organized by the Agrarian Technological Institute of Castilla y León, a public entity attached to the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development of the Junta de Castilla y León.
