KITCHEN WITH EL PASTOR - Goat cheese candies

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 sheets of phyllo dough
  • 100 grams of Goat Cheese Roll
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 40 grams of butter

DEVELOPMENT

We preheat the oven to 180ºC.

In a bowl, mix the honey with the goat cheese.

Brush the melted butter sheets with the melted butter and place them one on top of the other.

Cut the phyllo dough into 12 x 10 cm rectangles. and place in the center of each 1 teaspoon of the blended cheese and honey.

Wrap the sides by rolling it like the paper of a candy, taking care not to break the phyllo dough.

Brush the outside of each with butter and place them on a cookie sheet on parchment paper.

Bake for 10 minutes at 180ºC.
