A base of pasteurised cow, goat and sheep milk, calcium chloride, rennet and preservative E-1105 (derived from egg).
CHARACTERISTICS (TEXTURE, FLAVOUR, SMELL)
Firm texture, white colour, very soft on the palate. Small, irregular “eyes”. A soft smell, characteristic of mild blended cheese. Flavour with aroma of fresh milk. Creamy on the palate.
