In this 2011 Edition there were 167 different categories, and HSR has obtained 4 important awards, two of them in the category "Best Spanish cheese" Silver medal for Zamorano DOP Cured and Bronze medal for the Iberico Semicured, and another two awards in " the most unusual cheese of the world" Silver for "Blended Picante with chilli" and bronze for Castellano Sheep cheese in olive oil in a Can.
