Our mature sheep’s cheese encapsulates all the classic essences. The finest raw ingredient, unpasteurised sheep’s milk, united with the know-how of generations. A strong, well-defined flavour and a wonderful aroma make this a truly “unique cheese”.

CHARACTERISTICS (TEXTURE, FLAVOUR, SMELL)
Internal colour of yellow marble, characteristic strong smell of sheep’s cheese Strong taste with fine aroma and creamy texture on the palate.
