Hijos de Salvador Rodríguez S.A. has created “The Delights of El Pastor de la Polvorosa”, a cheese which, as its name implies, is delicious.

We’re talking about a special cheese, with a very original form and format; it’s a cheese which, without doubt “delights” all who try it.

It is presented in two types:

• Semi-Mature Goat’s Cheese, made with pasteurised goat milk, calcium chloride, rennet and preservative E-1105 (derived from egg). A cheese with a very agreeable flavour, creamy on the palate, with a soft texture, white colour and an aroma of fresh goat’s milk..
  Queso de sabor muy agradable y cremoso al paladar, de pasta suave de color blanco y con un aroma a leche fresca de cabra.

• Semi-Mature Sheep Cheese, made with pasteurised sheep’s milk, salt, calcium chloride, rennet and preservative E-1105 (derived from egg). A succulent cheese, with an unmistakeable flavour, a yellow marble colour and an intense aroma, characteristic of sheep’s milk.
